Starting from the last friendly match against PAOK, the fans of Panathinaikos were able to observe on the training kit of the team, during warming up, two details related to the great history of the Club and the values this represents.
Panathinaikos FC honoring 50 years since the presence of the team in the Champions Cup final, at Wembley stadium, adds on the training shirt of both football players and training staff, in golden letters, the historical date of the final against Ajax Amsterdam.
This is not, nevertheless, the unique element to be added. During the present preseason period it was asked to the first team players to write down the values which Panathinaikos represents to them. The following phrases were the most dominant: “Winner’s mentality”, “Devotion”, “Confidence”, “Trust”, “Unity”, and “Ambition”! Panathinaikos FC decided to print all these values on the training kit of the first team for 2020/21 season and all the departments of the Academy, as well.
