“F.C. Panathinaikos recalls its representative from the Super League and will not participate in the meetings of the Board of Directors any more.
Panathinaikos intends to proceed to legal actions by a lawsuit with the corresponding interim measures, on Monday 23rd of January 2017, against NOVA, applying in a derivative action the rights the Super League has, (according to art. 72 of the Pol. proceedings code), concerning both the amount due and the broadcast of the football games”.
