The great Panathinaikos is back! Panathinaikos of titles, triumphs and glory days is here again! Ivan Jovanovic’s Greens were shocking in the OAKA final against PAOK, they prevailed 1-0 thanks to Aitor’s goal in 34′ and reached the conquest of the 19th Cup in the history of the club!
In the 28th minute, Juankar crossed from the left, Kurtic overtook Ioannidis, but turned the ball towards the small area. There, Gacinovic, who was waiting, tried to score with a header, found the ball, but at the same time, Vierinia kicked him in the head in an attempt to drive him away. Referee Laoz did not see the offense but the VAR notified him. The Spaniard saw the most obvious penalty on the monitor, attributed it and in the 34th minute, Aitor sent Paschalakis to the left and the ball to the right for 1-0. That was the winning goal for the Greens!
